coilovers?

i'm going to switch my ride to coilovers soon and i was wondering what a good brand would be. i was going to go with ground controls, but then a friend told me about dropzones. he said that they were just as good a ground controls, but alot cheeper, so now i'm leaning towards those. i know that ground controls have a single locking perch, which is sopposed to be really easy to use. do the dropzones have this as well? thanks for any and all advice

dropzone isnt a no name brand but they arent known. i havent heard one bad story about ground control and i think they are the only ones with the single lock perch but im not sure. and they might be a little more money but the build quality is better. skunk2's are good too and might be cheaper then ground control. but if it were me, i dont buy shit cause its cheaper. i spend the extra money and get something that wont give me hassles and will peform better

Ground Control or Skunk2's are worth the lil extra mulah.:bandit:

Id go with them the single locking perch will make a set of coilovers last longer

no locked perchs = longer lasting coliovers

They are all the same. They all last long. I got a friend with some cheap ass maxspeed coilovers and another friend w/ skunk2's and the skunk2's get stuck and lock up more. I'd say go big and do it right and get Tien's or Buddyclub's. Full coil-over kits are the only way to go.

its Tein not tien. tien is a character from dragonball z

but anyways the Tein coilovers are awesome. adjustable for everything imaginable and perform awesome. but are very expensive in my eyes. i think a kit is like at least 1 grand.
