2005 T & C part of power Dr. problem not solved

Hi again, Well the power passenger door problem was solved.

I assumed that the power hatch door was solved too!

Before I exited the van I unlocked all the doors with the power door lock button on the drivers door.

Later I needed something out of the back of the van, so I went to open the power hatch door by hand and it wouldn't open. I tried unlocking it again from the drivers side door power lock. Went to the hatch door and it still wouldn't open.

Is there an on & off switch some where for this door too?

That $52 service charge hasn't been saved yet!
