how big is your wallet?

They will be directly proportional.

Re: upgrade

To direct you down the proper path, we need to know your power goals.

How much power do you want? You will notice more power and the car will go faster with either of the options below

KO Racing has VERY good turbo kits, they give you everything you need. They make some of the best turbo kits for an MR2, bar none.

If you want OEM power, try a CT26/20B downpipe from KO Racing, an exhaust, and a CT26 upgrade. KO can also provide an upgraded OEM turbo. A CT26 upgrade upgrades the compressor housing using a T3/T04e compressor wheel with the housing machined to match. You can also get an upgraded turbo from him with the exhaust side worked over for better flow and output. It's good bang for the buck, as far as OEM upgraded go.

Pair the above options with a good exhaust, and a good mechanical boost gauge (less $$ than electric gauges), and a Manual Boost Controller (less than an EBC).

Here is the KO Racing website

Talk to Kris, he's the owner of KO Racing and full of knowledge. Tell him eckoman_pdx sent you and he'll take care of you.
