2003 Corolla Torque Specs

I have an 03 Corolla S. 1.8lt, 5 speed. It has 82k miles on it.

I am getting ready to change my factory O2 sensors and already have the ordered the new Denso oxygen sensors.

I need to know their torque specs.

Also I need to remove the exhaust manifold heat shield to get to the 1 before the cat.

Can you tell me what the torque specs of the exhaust manifold heat shield is?

33 ft-lbs torque for the Oxygen Sensor unless the instructions that come with it say different. It will come with anti-seize compound on the threads.

13 ft-lbs torque for the exhaust shield bolts. I would put anti-seize compound on these to make them easier to remove in the future.
