92 Continental Swapping Airbags Out

I've read the thread on the airbags and understand I can convert to springs and shocks/struts and I could order the kits from Strutmasters or Arnott. My question is what make and model vehicle would the shocks & springs be interchangeable? 92 Mercury Marquis maybe?
I apologize if this has been asked before but site was slow and I was having trouble loading the pages.
