03 Envy XL Driver Door Lights blink on and off

My 03 envoy XL Driver side door lights for the lock and window controls blink off and on. When you try to roll the window up or down it stops and starts with the blinking lights. I read there are fuses that automaticily reset if tripped but can't seem to find out if this is one or not. Anyone know anything about this? Just one of many problems.
