lighting problems

[litteraly]

i have a 1999 dodge 1500 318 when i push the brakethe odomater light and radio lights go out when i turn the turn signals on all the lights flash in the back like the hazard lights would and sometimes when i turn the truck off the brake lights stay on and now the backup lights want to come on all the time when im driving i already chaged the brake pedal switch with no luck please help
