Minor Electrical Issues

I have a 2002 Intrigue-One of the Final 500 Models.

In the past couple of weeks two things happened:

First, the drivers side power seat went out, same fuse for both seats.
Second, the drivers side heated seat won't go on, but not all the time. Different fuses for each seat, both are good

Occasionally, I see the "security" light on the dash goes on......but not all the time.

I have to assume a short in the wiring under the seat.....

the connector under the seat can melt....it happened to mine. Instead of replacing the connector I just cut and re-connected the wiring. As for the security light....sounds like ignition switch issues
