Code 20 Code 7 How Do I Fix It? Please

MY ECU IS THROWING A CODE 7 AND CODE 20 HOW DO I FIX IT?? WHAT WOULD BE CAUSING THIS PROBLEM.

Code 7 - Throttle Angle
Code 20 - Electric Load
