Hi< i really need some major help> I am about to embark on a monumentous journey of building my own vehicle from the ground up. i need to know if someone out there could possibly point me in the direction of finding a more direct and unencrypted version of my states laws (oklahoma) on every aspect of a street legal vehicle from headlight heighth to body?frame dimensions,etc. Thanks for any help this is a serious inquiry in hopes of starting a small manufacturing of vehicles>
