Smile Solved Stopped Blower Motor
After chasing the wiring harness and testing the wires I bought a new IBM Module or fuse/relay box $350.00 Canadian, solved the problem, blower worked right away. To bad Dodge Parts from the US don't ship to Canada, $205.00 US. Canadians still getting hosed on parts.

Funny but if I remember right most Caravans were made in Windsor; Ontario; Canada.
