yeah how do i install an aftermarket tach on a 1994 cheyenne w/a v-6 vortec

if you look where the wires attach to your coil, on the connector harness there should be a tach wire there. your instructions with your tach should tell you the color of the wire you are looking for. mine was a white wire.but color may vary year to year. toivo
