2002 OEM Fog Light bulb replacement - help please

Hi all,

The car in question is a 2002 Cavalier. The car has what appears to be OEM fog lights, and one bulb is burned out.

I have searched everywhere for instructions on how to change this thing, and many hours have been spent staring at the thing, but there doesn't seem to be any intuitive way to get the job done.

This is disturbing considering I've built engines and transmissions... but this thing has me baffled!

Any hints or links?

Thanks
Murph

A little more involved than the pre 00. You need to take off the radiator cover. Then you take out the entire headlight assembly of the light above the burnt out fog (use a screw driver to press in a tab to pop the corner light out first, then you unbolt the head lamp housing and it should just come out). After the headlamp assembly is out you should be able to reach down into the bumper to reach the fog light. This is the easiest way to do it. You can with much frustration reach under the bumper in an awkward position to get to the bulb but its easier the other way.
