Help Requested ~ Left side audio stops working while turning.

Hello I am looking for some help.

I have a 1997 Dodge Intrepid, Recently my car stereo has been giving me problems. I have had the car for a little over 6 months with no problems with the stereo before but now whenever I make a harder left turn the complete left side of audio goes off. Right side still working. It seems to be only doing it when I turn left, and after the turn is completed it is back to normal...

I really do not have much knowledge about car stereos..

The only thing I know about the stereo other than it is obviously not the factory one, is that its an 60W x 4 Alpine CD Player w/ remote (type where the screen flips down and you insert the disc) and there are 4 speakers in the car...

Is there any specific reason why it would be doing this? At first i thought maybe the speaker wire in the rear was lose (was disconected when i purchased the car), after fiddling with it, it still happens (the rear speaker is currently not connected right now and the front still does it).

Anyone run into anything similar or have any advice?

Thanks for any help and I could include some pics if it could help.

sounds like a short or a loose wire somewhere, check the left door speaker too, and behind the head unit
