99 rodeo has miss . need help

ive got a 99 rodeo that has a miss and codes saying cyl. one missfire , coil a pri/sec circut malf and coil c pri/sec malf. have pulled the coil and verified that i have fire on both coil packs but no. one cyl seems to be loading up with fuel. it originally had the problem of the passenger side bank of cylinders wouldnt fire. it was sent to the local chevy dealer and they said it was electrical. another mechanic looked at it and found it to be out of time. he fixed that problem and now this new problem has poped up. the motor has good compression so i dont think the cylinders have been washed down. im wondering if the motor is still out of time just enough, orif the coil pack are really bad or if the truck really has an electrical problem .. so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

How did the guy adjust the timing? To my knowledge, the timing is pretty much set? At least I'm talking about the 3.2 V6

If that is the only plug getting wet, move the coil and see if the miss follows. If so, you need a new coil pack.
