87 SS Monte Carlo Timing issue's

hey guys i was wondering if anyone had the Timing and Idle specs for a 87 SS, normaly i wouldnt ask such a dumb question but my SS was stolen a few years ago and when i got it back all the hood decal's ( engine diagram, etc ) were scratched off. any help would be appreciated

also anyone know where to get a replacement decal for it?
