Exclamation Bet you can't answer me this.

Ok I got my neon off of my friend(he's got a lead foot) I'm screwed.
Problems::
1. It has a rough idle and I don't know when and how it does this but it will lose power sometimes. It's trowing the code (Misfire in the #3 cly). I changes the plugs and it ran smooth. For a min the it started doin it again. Changed the wires same thing smooth then fubar. Oh yeah you'll love this. On the door the Mfg date is 3/94 right but it has the 2.0 SOHC not dohc. It calls for 95 parts. And another knee slapper for you it has OBDII. So I need help or if anyone want to buy it I'm lookin to sell or trade for a full size truck (ford or chevy) Please Help I wanna either fix it to sell it or sell as is either way I don't want it anymone.
