Unhappy Help Help Good People

Ok so I got shafted by a dealership
I have a 96 bonneville im paying 350 a month TO establish "credit"
The car has a new issue:

When I touch the drivers side window switch or the rear defrost button
it kills my car engine ..And it wont start for about 1hr and when it does its not running right and shuts off shortly ...
Any suggestions? I cant afford to take to a repair shop...
SO any information would help......

Re: the best of me

This is a fairly common problem. As a matter of fact this is the fourth time in three days that I've posted this link. The driver's side ground bus is a junction where several componets share a ground. The fuel pump is one of the components that ground there. Here's a link to an article that explains the problem & has pictures showing the location. Check the buses on both sides of the car.

Yes that is a Common issue we see on BC... Its possible for the Grounds to be corroded and in need of cleaning..

If they are clean then check and make sure the positive battery cable is clean and free of corrosion as well..
