head bolt set no washers???????

What to do no washers with new head bolt set for 97 cavi 2.4l dohc are the original washers champered conical or special no new set of washers avaliable at the auto zone just go to tractor supply for set of grade eight or what help please. Just got motor back from machine shop and ready to start reasymble motor ........new mains, new rod bearings, std. bore new rings ....head milled flat and valves ground and pressure tested everything else miked out to specs ........installing new water pump..new oil pump...new timming set shoe guides gears chain .....new balance shaft chain ,shoe, guides and no The old washers don't just pull or unscrew off .........also do the head bolts seal in thr block with sealer or locktight

WHAT ABOUT THE WASHERS

WELL i guess posting to ones self sucks but fel pro where the bolts came from says that the washers were changed later buy GM and that the new head bolt set without washers would be cool

Now if some one could tell me about sealing the bolts or using locktite .....sealing the bolts like in a V-8 head ????????????????
