98 Sable Issue

Hello friends,hopefully someone out there in automotive land has seen my problem before.my nephew took my car to one of those oil change places.when i got the car back,the horn had quit working,as did the cruise control and all power window switches except the drivers control panel.is there a separate relay that governs these and if so where is it.pulling out what little hair i have left

As far as the power windows, Is the lockout switch activated? If it is, the power windows can only be activated from the master switch, driver door. Try flipping the switch, the other way.

I just wanted to add, my information shows a horn/cruise switch, I can't say the switch is faulty without doing some testing. There should be a fuse/relay for the horn in the power distribution center under the hood. You could do some testing, there.
