Fuel Problem
I have a 1998 Chevy Silverado Pickup. Having problems with getting it started. This is a VTEC Engine 5.7. with a throttle body. I crank it over and over...won't start. Shoot a shot of ether into the air duct and she starts and runs fine. Turn it off, won't start unless you supply s shot of ether. I installed a new fuel pump( electric in the gas tank). It ran fine for a month or two. Checked the fuel pressure and its at percribe specs...I think it was 25 or 40 psi. Have read several things about the Throttle Positioning Sensor (TPS) and think this could also be a problem? Any ideas???? Have also cleared all the codes: 02 sensors and replaced Catalyct converter also.

Re: Fuel Problem
Double check your specifications I think your fuel pressure is to low.
