Re: FERRARI F248 F1 Brazilian GP 2006 1/20 MFH Schummy

Thx.
I completely built the radiatore hoses cause in kit box was wrong.
Nothing to say about Hiro Jobs,But many Parts are coming from F2004 or f2003.
Discovered the reason of last year Hro's productions! They did 1 model per month!
So, The kit is amazing....Confirmed!

Yes Sir, they are the ladies tights.
I forgot the exact name

So, You First apply black gloss, then put the thight over the part to carbonize.
Now apply a gentle hand from 8 or 10 cm from the tight,of alclad 101(alu)
then The effects is done.
Apply over a mix of clear yellow mixed with glossy or semi black to give(taking a look at the real car by pics) the real look.
It's not difficult to do it......You have only to try and to try.
Bye.
P.s. Thx for your comments.

It's always best to use a gentle hand when dealing with the ladies tights!!!!!!

Great technique, great work, thanks for sharing

Re: FERRARI F248 F1 Brazilian GP 2006 1/20 MFH Schummy

Updates!
I Scratchbuilt all the front brake covers by brass.
I’ve detailed the carbon disks with Pe from SMS(f2001 ref.)
I ‘ve remade the wheel nuts and painted’em with clear red and blue.
I add Camera in Left rear mirror(like Last Micheal Gp) and now i’m “scratching “new oil brakes cans. How?
I took An old clear styrene sprue,I give it a clear matt finish by Sand paper.
Then i made an hole inside by many drills steps to make a real canister.
Inside i will put dark orange yellow liquid to simulate real dinamic fluid.
I miss only white caps to add on them.I last pics i’will se the difference beetween original kit metal and new in styrene
Cheers.

I have the same sort of plan for the brake fluid reservoirs for whenever i get to one of those new cars. I'm looking forward to see how yours turn out :-)

Really great job so far. Man, I would die to get my hands on a newer F1 kit in 1/20th. But since Tamiya is out of the F1 kit bussiness and I'm not going to drop $200 for a resin, I'm stuck. Keep up the good work.
