Unhappy 96 2.2 cavalier, alarm/remote start

i bought a cavalier as is. It has an aftermarket alarm system i dont know which kind, and also a viper remote starter in it. I know the remote start fob battery needs to be replaced/Or its busted. I crank the key, "i dont hear the fuel pump turn on or humm", all it does is cranks nothing comes on, I have spark, and there is pressure coming up to the engine. well now.. we spray starter fluid in the throttle body, and it Starts!, if we keep spraying it will stay on, but we only had it run for about 5seconds.
what do you think it is, iv had guys tell me, yeah its the alarmsystem, thats causing the fuel injectors to cut off.2 its causing the fuel pump to cut off. 3 other people tell me that it does and doesn't cut the fuel injectors Or fuel pump off!....so i dont know what to do.or what it is. i havn't did a fuel pressure test yet but i put my ear up to the gas cap and i hear the fuel pump make a noise like its stuck or something.
"remember we did have it started with starter fluid" should i have someone take the alarm system out, or the remote starter system.. Or Both? thanks
also replaced plugs n wires

AnD!, they said they were driving the car down the road and it just all of a sudden quit.

my dad said he seen the security light come one, but i DOnt know...i dont know if it came on for a second, stayed on, flashed or what.. but it did come on, i think when we were tryin to start it.
