Firebird upgrade

I have a question for knowledgeable GM tech guys. I have just purchased a 1995 3.4 V6 Firebird. I already have a 1996 3.8 V6 motor with wiring and PCM. Does anyone know if I can swap, plug and play, the 3.8 into the 1995?

Not without changing the subframe, axles and probably the trans.
