I have a 96 Suburban and the door locks are so stiff, that the key bends. My power locks don't work and don't even sound like they are trying to work. And the manual door locks are super stiff too. Any suggestions?

Re: 96 Suburban Super Stiff Locks
Get inside the door and look for bound up linkage or the door lock ass'y is corroded/rusty, common in the rust/sno belt.

Re: 96 Suburban Super Stiff Locks
Right on. Thanks guys. I'll try that this weekend. Hopefully that will solve it, I like being able to lock my doors.
