1998 Caravan Wheel Rim Interchange Problem
Hi All.
I recently bought a 1998 Caravan plain-jane short-wheelbase with what I think is stock rims & tires. It has P205/75R14 tires on it. The problem: At an auto wreckers in another city, I bought a set of used aluminum rims to put on with new summer tires. The guy at the auto wreckers said these are OEM rims and that they will fit. All I can read in crayon on the rim reads 90 Caravan then there is something like LT435 but that is very faint. My question: Will someone be able to tell me what the rim size would be for a 1990 Caravan with aluminum rims? Does anyone know if the tires would be interchangable between the two rims? Sorry to be to wordy. Willie |

In answer to my own question....I went to a local tire dealer and they compared both the old and the new one together and stated they are the same. So I didn't waste all that money on aluminum rims for nothing. Thanks Willie |
