Hello
I have a 99 caravan in the main fuse box under the hood I have power to the relays high beam & low beam There are 2 small fuses a 15amp and a 20 amp for the high beam right and the high beam left they have power to them. Then there 2 more small fuses a 15 amp & 20 amp for low beam left & low beam right that have no power to them.

Any help would be grateful

Re: 99 caravan no low beam headlights

Low beam relay supplies powerfrom pin 87 to the fuses. Relay has 4 posts you are concerned with. #86 and 30 should have power to them at all times. #85 is a ground signal from the head light switch to energize the relay. Contacts close and power is supplied from 30 to 87 to the fuses.

Re: 99 caravan no low beam headlights

My 95 Caravan had a simular problem when I bought it. It had high beams but when I switched to low beams the lights whent off. To get the low beams working I switched from high to low beams back and forth for about a minute or so and that seemed to fix it. I came to the conclusion that the high\low switch had dirty contacts. Dont know if that helps at all but its all I had GL
