I need some help!!!

I have a 1992 Chevy Lumina APV that won't start. It will crank but it won't turn over. What do I do? I was told that there was a relay switch for the fuel system but I can not find it. I have changed the spark plugs recently and the starter about a month ago. This is the only vehicle I have and I need to get it running as soon as possible. The problem started with the van "puttering" when accelerating and when idling it would die. Then one final time it died and hasn't restarted since. Any suggestions?

Re: I need some help!!!

what engine type?
pull a plug wire and check if you have spark?
is the Check Engine Light ON? IF yes pull the codes

before pulling fuel tank, better first check fuelpressure at fuel rail (3.8 40 psi 3.1 12 psi)
ignition module and crank sensor (3.8) are common type of failures at that age.

Re: I need some help!!!

Checking for spark is easiest. Just pull the plug from a spark plug, then connect a spare (or remove one) spark plug , let it rest on a metal part of engine or body and let someone start and look plug for spark.
YOU did not tell if the Check Engine Light was ON....if yes, connect A and B
with a paper clip, turn key ON and count light flshes as explained above.
Once this is done, report results
