Question 1997 Deville Concours Service Engine Soon

Service Engine Soon light is on. Code PO0113=Intake Air Temperature High Imput? & Code PO0135=O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor1) Has anyone come accross this before. What is the solution. George [email protected]

Welcome to AF, no quick answer here, the temp sensor, usually in the inlet duct to the TB maybe disconnected or just faulty, the o2 sensor heater circuit needs to be checked for 12v at the sensor heater wire or a bad fuse.

Update: After research and help from a member I loacted the IAT & HO2 (bank 1, sensor1)Sensors. Starting with IAT Sensor I found the connection lose. Cleaned the connection and plugged it back in. Ran the engine for a short trip. used the code scannorand found only one code left P0113=IAT sensor. Cleared all codes. Took another test drive and the Service Engine Soon light did NOT come Back on. Problem solved. Thank You George
