rough running when first starting

I hope someone can give me some ideas. I have a '99 JGC . It stats fine but when I first start to move it will miss and sputter. Only for a few seconds then it is fine until I shut it off. When I restart it will do it again. It doesn't matter if it is a warm or cold engine. Any help would be appreciated.

May be fuel pressure related. You can check this yourself.
