ACT clutch and flywheel???

Hey I got a qoute for an ACT 12.5lb chromoly flywheel and their AI4-XTSS clutch kit for $655 shipped. They are new. Is this a good price in your opinon? I think it is worth it but I have heard nothing about the ACT flywheels. Anybody got an opinon? Or suggestions?
