Wow that thing has been abused. I cant believe he cut half his bumper off. This guy must have seen other cars with FMIC, do you think that he even notices his is the only one that looks like that? He probably thinks it looks awesome. All JDM cars cut their bumpers like that...

I would pay like 2-2.5 g's for the car. You could probably get some scratch for that tach, the rims, hood, wing, motor, and crap ass eBay turbo and various other rediculous mods that tool has done... by then you wouldnt have much at all if anything into the car, but you'd have a decent enough 2g body probably with an EPROM and a reason to do a 2gb conversion.
 Also, I love how it says "mechanic owned." All the more reason I dont trust anyone to work on my car.
