Looking for ECU 37820-P13-JXX for 4 socket

Dear fren,
My prelude is full spec edition which is 2.2 VTEC DOHC auto.
My car was not run about 3 years. I dun know why, when i drive up to 4000rpm, my engine is cut-off. After checked my ECU, one ICU was burst.
Question,
Is it my car cut-off because of this ECU burst?
Where should i get 4 socket ECU which same as my model, since it was difficult to find here (Malaysia). Most i found was 3 socket.

Need your help a.s.a.p guys..

hondata has some great products i would see what they say. Its aftermarket but they might have some insight. How do u know that the ECU is broken?

one IC (not so sure either capacitor or what) is burn. i can see that IC was broken into two and become black in color on the circuit. other ICs is ok.

Or, can i just replace that IC?

frisnosity, helpme to find replace ECU p13,auto 4 socket..One more thing, can we modified from 4 socket to 3 socket?

what year is your car? I dont know too much about tuning and ecu. Look up hondata. that would be the first place that i look. Is the car throwing any codes. ie has anyone scanned the car? Slide knows more about cars than i do. I'm up the river on my car!!!!!! Where's malaysia? ive been on a forex forum reading about a strategy for trading from a dude in malayaisa. Try ebay too thats where i always start looking for parts. Can u explain 3 or 4 socket? I'll do what i can to help, i like to learn everyday!!!!

ebay has a ton of thing i typed H22a ecu and got half a dozen things. Is ur car 97 or higher? cause it seems theres OBD 1

My car was manufactured on 94 .. and 97 registered in Malaysia..i'm also not sure about 4 socket & 3 socket..But, 3 socket is not compatible with my car..
