1995 Grand Prix lighter socket

ive done a thread search, no posts relating to this. I have checked fuses and they are fine. The lighter socket itself does not work. How do i go about replacing it please? Also can i get a new socket from an auto store or must i order from pontiac garage? Thanks for the help

again, not the lighter, but the socket itself, i need to remove it from dash and replace, just dont know what to undo here.

no one on the planet has ever had to pop a cigarette lighter out of a dash on these cars? Google had jack squat either in the way of a search.
