1996 stalling and idling rough

i have a 1996 sebring lx 2.0 4 cylinder. it stalls at low rpms, and starts up every time. usually at stopping. it also idles rough. but the problem comes and goes so i really don't know what it is. it would really help if someone could give me some ideas. thank you

Three things I'd suspect. Battery, IAC (Idle air contoller), Ignition coil. In that order.

mine did the same thing and the dionastic machine said e c u also if any one knows why my car is breaking the bolt in the timming belt idler let me know email me or im me at [email protected]
