HYUNDAI ACCENT E coupe 1.3I 1999 T PLATE

hi guys anyone done a timing belt on one of these before i have auto data
what i wanted to know is do i turn the crankshaft with the the bolt on the crankshaft to set it to the timing marks or rock car back and forth cheers
