electric door locks work intermittently

door locks work intermittently and seems not to have enough power to unlock and lock at times

Mine get a little sluggish in cold weather. In real cold, a few wont budge. Cycling a few times loosens them up.
I imagine pulling the panels off for a cleaning and relube is in order.
