Definitely have to say the 3rd gen
...1989 in particular. Maybe not the easiest to modify due to lack of aftermarket support, but it's still one fine automobile, and my favorite in the appearance department.:apoke:

well i like the 5th gen by far. the perfect 5th gen would have a 94-95 rear end and a 96-97 front end.

I think I would have to say 5th gen is the easiest to mod because that generation seems to have the most parts.
If not that, at least all the new parts seems to come out for that model. For example, the first altezza lights were for that car. Also, the 5th gen has Euro Dash kits and no other generation has those. It's ironic because I would think 4th gen would have more parts. The reason why I said this is because back in purehonda.com we did a poll to see how many of each generation everyone had. Most people had a 4th generation accord. Second was 5th gen. Next was 6th gen. And sorry to those that have 3rd gen, but you guys came last. Anyways, it depends on your perspective. You don't aways want a car that is easy to mod. For example the 5th gen accord, Civic, and Integra. The reason for this is because almost everything that has been done to that model. It's cool to be the "first" to make a certain modification...or even better, the "first and only"!!!! ![]() That's why 3rd gen is special...because it's rare to see a 3rd gen sup up. I use to like 4th gens, but these days it looks like Everyone is moding their 4th gen. Because I have a 4th gen, that just gives me even more reason to think harder when it comes to modifications...hoping to find something that no one has ever done before.
