1997 SW1 Fuel Pump Problem

I have been helping a friend with her SW1 that quit running. It was getting no fuel so I tested the fuel pump fuses and relay and all were working but the pump was not running when the key was turned on. Changed the pump and still nothing. Went back and tested old pump and it was good. Then tested for power at pump and there is no power.

Any suggestions with this problem would be welcomed

Check you fuses and relays
