Manson wasn't really a serial killer...



I would probably say Jack the Ripper, because he is just as well known in most european countries as he is here in the states and elsewhere... world infamous you might say. Also, one of the very first serial killers ever documented...

For serial killers here in the states alone, I would say probably David Berkowitz (a.k.a. Son of Sam). or Jeffrey Dahmer...

Not well know, and not really a serial killer but certainly memorable to me (I read alot about him). And the only person I could think of...

There are quite a few that would be well known in the States such as

John Wayne Gacey
Jeffery Dalmer
Manson

But probably the most well known world wide would have to be as mentioned before. Jack the Ripper.
