Fuses and Relays in Engine Compartment ?

Vehicle 1995 Blazer. In some of the threads I've been reading, mention is made of a fuse box in the engine compartment and relays. I see some relays in the back of eng. compartment A/C maybe, but do not see any fuses or fuse box. I must say the Haynes Repair Manual is severely lacking! This forum however is Awesome! Haynes & Chilton are extremely basic manuals and very generalized. Some repair information is missing, and some is incorrect, same with the specifications they list. Nice to read while you're in the bathroom but don't rely on it if you want to repair a vehicle. If you want accurate information, subscribe to Alldata, or better yet, get the factory shop manual.

What information are you looking for as far as the underhood fuse panel? (Not all years/models have them)

Well,right now I am looking for the fuse for the drivers side powerseat. I found the information on the wire bundle under the carpet of interest in respect to the power seat. But I would like to know where the fuse is, so I can check that first. I am also in the process of trying to find the problem with my power mirrors. Have taken out the switch, but would have liked to have checked the fuse first, can't find that either. The fuse box cover on the side of the dash, looks to be poorly labled, for example, accessories! Which accessories does that refer to? I am not a mechanic, but can fumble my way around a vehicle. I recently got hosed taking this vehicle to a local
Chevy dealership (my bad, I didn't ask for hourly charges). I had told them I thought the IAC needed to be replaced (engine racing), they replaced that.
They found a short under the dash (horn wasn't working). And they replaced the upper intake gasket. For those three things, I paid $171.00 in parts and
$681.00 in labor. They said I needed brakes all the way around, but I pulled the front wheels and the rotors and pads are fine and the calipers are not frozen as they said they were. I pulled one rear wheel and I can see the drum brake needs work. I'm going to pass that off to a pro, not because I couldn't install new ones, I just don't have the time, and I need this vehicle on the road. I am setting my 1995 Blazer up for a state inspection, so I need to get the sideview mirrors working, the power seat working and the rear brakes done. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Janet

For the power seats, my info shows, power acc circuit breaker A, 20 amp

The outside mirrors, if that is what your refering too, horn/dim fuse 2, 20 amp. You might check the terminals where fuse and relay plugs in, if there is no voltage, a good fuse or relay won't matter.

Thanks for your input. Wiring is definitely not my specialty! I do have a volt meter however and do plan on checking for voltage as you suggest.
