Re: 2000 S-10 fuel pump info

I am unaware of a fuel pump reset button, when you turn yourn key to run position with out the engine running the fuel pump will engage for 2 seconds and shut off. If fuel pmp is not working try tapping the bottom of fuel tank with a rubber mallet, this will sometimes jarr the pump gears loose and it will work again. If this happens replace fuel pump for it will leave you stranded somewhere. Check your fuel pomp relay.

Only ford have them things.
Check fuses and for power on gray wire from relay to fuel pump.
What engine?
Some chev do have a fuel pump prime connector.
