04 grand prix fuel mileage estimator

hi, my 04 grandprix has the readout with three buttons under it and it doesnt calculate fuel mileage, is there away to replace it with one that has the five buttons under to see my fuel mileage and oil life??

I know that it can be done in the older 97-03 GP's, there's even a how to in the tips and maintenance subforum. I have limited knowledge of the 04-up's, so I'm not sure if it can be done in your car.

you can replace it with the 5 btn, need the bezel for it ,unless your really steady with the drill to drill out the extra button holes(it can be done) but the 5 button needs to be reprogramed for the miles on your car, i hear its about 150$. the unit has been on ebay for about 50$,so its entirely possible. Im going to do it to, I have a 04 gt1, im installing the steering wheel radio controls next week, no sweat.
