Whats first ...decals then wax??

Im sure this has been discussed but i just did a search on it and cant find a thing. What goes first Wax then the decals. Im not using clear coat on the car I just did im just going to wax it. But i wanted to know if i should wax then put the decal or what. Also is there anyting i can put on the decal so it dont dry out? let me know what you guys do. Primeraman where are you on this one. You are the model guru. I love your work.

Decal, Then clearcoat (1-3 coats) then compund and wax

What if i dont wanna use clear coat for a solid car. What the order there. Is there sometin i can put so that the decal wont crak or dry over time??

Leave the wax till after the decals have gone on.
Give the car a rubbing with compound first then add the decals. Allow to set for a good 2-3 days then give the whole car a good wax

SOUNDS GOOD. I shall do as primera man says. I really didnt know which to do first because im afraid of ripping the decals or them craking over time. thankx
