Time for a rebuild / tune up.. need advice..

Ok... well my friend has put quite a few miles on this thing... something around 130k. Just curiuous what I should replace on this thing to keep it running for another 130k.

As far as the cooling system, new cap, motorcraft thermostat, motorcraft water pump, and I'll flush him out and vac test it.

Engine? Not really sure, but preventative maintence makes me think about rod bearings. How "good" are they designed on these cars? (16valve Ztech) Is there a lot of flex in the crank? Should I look at main bearings too?

I know he will probally need a belt tensioner, timing belt is great idea (assuming this is an interference engine), he's got a code relating to the VCT.. gotta see whats up with that, possibly a bath in the solvent tank. I also want to reseal everything up with new gaskets, unless some are the heavy rubber kind that I could reuse.

Any and all sugguestions / tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
