Aftercooler/Supercharger

You know how the descriptions say, "when applied accordingly"? What is th best way to "apply" your supercharger/aftercooler kit? How can you get that maximum 75% horsepower gain?

I'd imagine they mean when all of your other engine components match the max output of the charger... for example... less restrictive exhaust or larger injectors etc...
