98' Malibu dashboard problem
The right half of the dashboard isn't working (the gas gauge and the temp gauge) The needles of the gauges are where they would be if the car was off and the lights don't work. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Re: 98' Malibu dashboard problem
Sound like bad cluster, broken electrical connections.

Re: 98' Malibu dashboard problem
I'd check the grounds behind the driver's side kick panel for corrosion....

Re: 98' Malibu dashboard problem
[Remove and physically check the 10 amp A/C fuse in black box under the hood. If fuel needle is stuck passed the full mark, use a twist tie from a trashbag, go into the hole where the OD trip arm sticks out and nudge it up.
