Starting issues & other??'s

First, i woud like to start by saying i am not the car expert.

But, we own an 93' Olds 88 Royale LSS 4dr sedan, 3800 V6 engine, it has 115k miles on it. Also it has a new motor. The problem is sometimes it starts right up and other times it takes a couple of tries to start it up. Also, there is something under the hood (left side) driver side that is making my left side mirror shake. Can anybody help me & tell me what this is or what the problem maybe. Also, my key has a chip in it.

Welcome to AF. Many things can cause the no start, low FP, weak ign components, tune up, dirty injectors. Cannot comment on the mirror without seeing it, someone on site needs to check these issues out to avoid poor advice and guess work.
