Roll Cage/ Roll Bar

How do I get a roll cage? I'm not doing any serious racing, I just drive like a total idiot, and it's likely that I might put one to use.
Do you have to have one custom built? Can you buy one online? Do they come in little pieces, needing assembly or do they get shipped in a car-sized box?
If I can't get a roll cage (because I can't pay a fortune for one), how do I get a roll bar? Do I have to weld it in place, or would it bolt up to existing holes in the body? Can I put one in and still haul passengers and myself comfortably?
Would it TOTALLY tighten up the body-flex handling problem?
Just a big fat wad of questions. Please help!
Flunky

If you want a good one, get one custom made and WELDED in, bolt in ones suck.

....check out autopower's cages...they've got some decent bolt-in ones....and you can always weld-in a bolt-in..

Question stupid question?

Ok, here's a possibly stupid question. Do they make roll cages for 4dr's? It would be nice to have something like that for my sedan ( lord knows it might have helped when I spun the b#tch ).

I had one of those shitty bolt in ones. But I never had a chance to test it out though.

The bolt in types are more for looks than function. A roll cage will stiffen up your car greatly. They give a car a nice tight feel.

I ordered an Autopower Rollbar a few days ago. Haven't got it yet. Bolt in is no worse than weld in, and custom is not really going to be any better than a pre-made unless you go real crazy with it.

what's the point in getting a rollcage unless your auto + most of the accidents are in the front and side......don't see using them unless for show or have a convertable
