I have a 1995 Dodge 3500 van it has spark at the coil wire but none at plug wire I installed a new cap and rotor

What's the condition of your spark plug wires?

Im not getting any spark out of the terminals of the distrubutor cap

Then it's likely you have a bad/weak coil. There is a gap between the rotor and cap towers that the spark isn't strong enough to jump.
